If the call is not marked emergency, it is emailed to our office and reviewed the next business day.

When marked emergency:

  • Your information is immediately texted to our on-call generator technician
  • A service representative will call you back within approximately 1 hour (depending on call volume)
  • If needed, an emergency technician is dispatched

The call center will collect:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Address
  • Description of generator problem

Maintenance agreement customers receive priority response during storms and high call volume.
