If the call is not marked emergency, it is emailed to our office and reviewed the next business day.
When marked emergency:
- Your information is immediately texted to our on-call generator technician
- A service representative will call you back within approximately 1 hour (depending on call volume)
- If needed, an emergency technician is dispatched
